Refund Policy

•You can cancel 48 hours before the appointment, however there is a $50 processing fee.

•After 48 hours of the appointment: A 50% cancellation fee applies

•Changes to booking: you can change your booking up to 72 hours before your appointment at no cost. within 72 hours there is a $100 change fee.

•If the bunnies can't reach you within 15 minutes after your appointment start time, your booking is cancelled with NO REFUND.

•If the appointment starts late, the appointment still ends at the original scheduled time.

•If you photograph or record the bunnies, or hidden recording devices are found, the booking is cancelled with NO REFUND, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

•If the home is deemed unsafe (hazardous clutter, sharp objects, bodily fluids, drugs, bed bugs, fleas, or similar issues) the booking will be cancelled with NO REFUND.

•All booking fees are non-refundable execpt as outlined in this cancellation policy.
