What will the Dust Bunnies do?

Our Dust Bunny service focuses on light household cleaning to help keep your space looking fresh and tidy. Services may include wiping kitchen counters, vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting furniture, baseboards, window sills, lamps, light fixtures, picture frames, and cleaning the exterior surfaces of cupboards and cabinets.

Please note that our Dust Bunnies do not clean toilets, handle biohazards, remove mold, clean up pet waste, or perform deep-cleaning tasks involving excessive dirt, grime, pests, or unsanitary conditions. For the safety and comfort of our Dust Bunnies, we reserve the right to refuse or end a booking if the environment is deemed unsafe or unreasonable

What will the Dust Bunnies wear?

Our Dust Bunnies typically clean in stylish lingerie-inspired outfits, costumes, or other playful attire that reflects the fun and unique experience our service is known for. Outfits are selected to be tasteful, comfortable, and appropriate for the booking.

Clients are welcome to request a specific outfit, theme, or style in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability and comfort level. All outfit choices remain at the discretion of the Dust Bunny, and we reserve the right to decline any request that falls outside our boundaries.

Our goal is to create a fun, lighthearted, and memorable experience while providing excellent service and maintaining a professional atmosphere.

Can I invite guests over to watch?

Yes, additional guests may be present during your appointment, but we must be informed in advance of anyone who will be attending besides the person who made the booking. All individuals present must be 21 years of age or older and may be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification upon arrival.

For the safety and comfort of our Dust Bunnies, any unannounced guests or individuals who were not disclosed before the appointment may result in the service being cancelled immediately. In these situations, no refund will be provided.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equiptment?

Nope! Our Dust Bunnies bring the cleaning supplies needed for your appointment. If you have preferred products you'd like us to use in your home, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can the Dust Bunnies come to my office?

Absolutely! Dust Bunnies don't just visit homes—we may be available for offices, studios, and other workspaces too. Since every space is unique, we'll review your request and work with you to create a service that fits your needs.

Do I have to pay anything when the Dust Bunnies arrive?

Nope! Your appointment is prepaid before the Dust Bunnies arrive, so you can simply sit back and enjoy the experience.

While never expected, tips are not included in the service price and are always appreciated by your Dust Bunny.

Can I touch the Dust Bunnies?

As tempting as they may be, Dust Bunnies are strictly look-but-don't-touch! 🐰

All services are hands-off, and we ask that clients and guests respect the personal space and boundaries of our Dust Bunnies at all times. Any inappropriate or unwanted physical contact may result in the appointment being terminated immediately without a refund.

What should I wear?

For the privacy of the Dust Bunnies, recording the cleaning is strictly prohibited.

Whatever makes you comfortable! We simply ask that all clients and guests remain fully clothed throughout the appointment.

Any violation of this policy may result in the service being terminated without a refund.
