The Slow Burn is our signature two-hour refresh, giving us extra time to pamper your space from top to bottom. Dressed in our signature lingerie-inspired cleaning outfits, we'll bring the perfect mix of charm, confidence, and attention to detail while transforming your home into a space you'll love coming back to.

We'll vacuum, mop, dust, tidy, refresh kitchens, wipe down surfaces, organize clutter, fluff pillows, straighten décor, and give bathrooms a light sparkle (excluding toilets). With two full hours, we can focus on the little details that make the biggest difference.

The Slow Burn is perfect for homes that are already reasonably tidy but deserve a little extra attention. More time means more sparkle, more polish, and more of those finishing touches that make a home feel fresh, inviting, and irresistible.

DISCLAIMER! Please make sure you read and understand the following before making your booking. These conditions are non-negotiable, and their violation could result in your booking being cancelled without a refund.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT!

We require that all new clients send in a photo of themselves for identification upon arrival. This is to ensure the safety of the bunnies and to make sure we don't dust the wrong burrow! All clients must be 18+ to play with the bunnies!

The photo must be clear, with no filters or editing, and must include:

  •  The face of the person booking the appointment

  •  Holding their ID in one hand with the picture, date of birth and current address clearly visible

  •  And a piece of paper with today's date in handwriting with the words "Dust Bunnies" written underneath

This photo must be sent within 1 hour of the time you place your order. you can submit your photo to  hellodustbunnies@gmail.com

PHOTOS THAT DO NOT MEET THE CRITERIA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. WE WILL ONLY EMAIL YOU ONCE ABOUT MISSING CRITERIA BEFORE YOUR BOOKING IS CANCELED, AND A $25 ADMINISTRATION FEE WILL BE REMOVED FROM YOUR REFUND. IF THE PERSON THAT ANSWERS THE DOOR IS NOT THE SAME PERSON IN THE PHOTO, THE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELED WITH NO REFUND! WE TAKE THE SAFETY OF OUR BUNNIES VERY SERIOUSLY! Sorry for yelling, but this is important! We are busy little bunnies and can't chase our furry little tails all day! If your booking fails because of missing criteria, you can always try again. However, if the bunnies show up for the appointment and it is not the same person that is in the photo, the booking will be cancelled, and you will be BANNED from booking the bunnies in the future. The bunnies do not judge, and are inclusive to everyone, no matter their age, race, gender etc. so don't worry if your selfie skills are not top-notch.

IF AT ANY POINT:

  • someone that was not disclosed prior too the appointment comes to the appointment

  •  the client attempts to ask or pay for "extra services"

  • the client attempts to touch the bunnies

  • the client becomes verbally or otherwise aggressive

  •  the client exposes themselves to the bunnies

  • the client attempts to photograph or take video of the bunnies, or if the bunnies find any type of hidden recording devices

THE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELED WITH NO REFUND. AND IF REQUIRED, LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.

You can cancel your booking with a $50 transfer fee up to 48 hours before your appointment, bookings cancelled within the 48 hours will incur a 50% cancelation fee. Bookings can be changed 72 hours before your appointment at no cost. If you need to change your booking within the 72-hour window before your appointment, a $100 change fee will be applied. Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email and SMS, and a reminder will be sent the day before your booking. The bunnies will make every attempt to contact you through the methods you provide when they arrive, however, if they do not get a response within 15 minutes after your appointment start time, your booking will be cancelled with NO REFUND. If you contact the bunnies and let them know you will be late prior to your appointment, the bunnies can stay, but the time will start and end at the original appointment time.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT!

Our bunnies can be as discreet as you like, or be fully bunnied up to make your neighbours jealous! The bunnies will ask what rooms you would like dusted. The spaces must be reasonably clean, safe to enter and hop around in! This means no clutter, sharp objects (including knives, needles, broken glass etc.), nothing that could be potentially infectious or spread (including used "protective" equipment, bodily fluids, bed bugs, fleas etc.), drugs, paraphernalia or other ilegal substances, and absolutely no monsters under your bed! If the space is deemed unsafe by the bunnies, your booking may be cancelled with NO REFUND!
